Love the name of the town. And the story definitely starts out with a bang. “groan” Sorry I couldn’t resist.
I am very intrigued by this book. I have seen a couple reviews on it, and it sounds like a fantastic read.
Today on my blog, I am sharing the first line from My Heart Belongs in Niagara Falls, New York: Adele’s Journey. I am currently on chapter 14, so I will share the first three lines from that chapter here.
“‘Are you busy?’ Adele looked up from the book lying in her lap. Uncle Osbourne stood at the threshold of the library.”
The answer should be “uh, yeah!”. She is reading. 😉

I’m in-between [fiction] books at this very minute, so don’t have a first line of my current read. 😉 This week on my blog, though, I’m sharing about another adorable children’s book. 🙂 I think I’ve become addicted to those. 😉
Because I am “in between” children (grown kids and no grands 😉 ) my only children’s book reading nowadays is review copies. I love them.
I have plenty of younger sisters and a niece and nephew now, so that’s where I get my enjoyment. 😉
That right there makes me want to head straight to the Keurig for a warm drink 🙂
