I have seen a lot of adult coloring books around — they are everywhere and encompass a multitude of subjects. Wonders of Creation is unique in two respects. First it focuses entirely on the natural world — insects, birds, mammals, and sea creatures and their habitats. Secondly, while all the illustrations are very detailed, some are more so than others, allowing for elementary school-aged children and up to enjoy the relaxing activity of coloring. I think this book would be the perfect thing for mother-daughter time. Whether you are looking for a family activity or a special Mother’s Day or birthday gift, Wonders of Creation is a good choice.
Audience: school aged children to adults.
